Major repairs or non-standard maintenance costs are handled per our agreement with you. Any remaining earnings are reinvested into the business to ensure our service quality remains high. This approach allows us to provide exceptional service without additional costs to you.

What kind of insurance coverage do you provide?

We provide comprehensive insurance coverage through Airbnb’s insurance policy, which covers up to $1 million in damages. Additionally, we insure the property with our own liability insurance, which is coverage traditional tenants do not typically offer.

How do you handle situations where guests damage the property?

We have a stringent guest screening process and a security deposit system in place. In case of any damage, we handle the repairs and file claims with our insurance providers to cover the costs, ensuring your property is restored promptly. Timely property intervention is crucial to resume cash flow and minimize losses by quickly getting the property back on the market for new guests.

How do you handle rent fluctuations during off-seasons? Will my rent fluctuate as well?

How do you handle repairs and maintenance issues?

We handle all repairs and maintenance through our hand selected and dedicated team of professionals, including professional house cleaners and handymen. Our proactive and preventative maintenance approach prevents issues before they become costly and ensures your property remains in excellent condition.

What is your screening process like for guest?

We take guest screening very seriously, especially for longer stays (30 days or more). Every guest is thoroughly vetted, and we ensure ID’s are verified by Airbnb. We avoid guests who provide vague answers during our vetting process or have negative reviews. We also consider how communicative guests are and how promptly they respond. This detailed screening process helps maintain the safety and care of your property.

What happens if I want to terminate the agreement?

We understand that circumstances can change. Our lease agreements include terms for early termination, typically requiring a notice period and possibly an early termination fee to cover costs incurred.
